New Blood Work Analysis

Congratulations on taking the next step in obtaining optimal health.

Running our comprehensive blood panel through our analyzer will tell us exactly what your body's specific needs are. You will receive an in-depth report containing a thorough analysis and interpretation of your blood biomarkers and everything that is out of range. You will also fill out our Patient Symptom Survey which the analyzer will take your symptoms and medications and link those results with your blood markers to potentially offer explanation of why you are feeling symptoms, and what potential harm your medications are doing. 
Your results will be reviewed by Functional Medicine Doctor Danny McLane, and he will record a personalized video analysis of your Report. Once you receive your Report and Health Analysis, you will have access to our Optimal Health Systems nutritional support. This will provide the nutrients needed to get your body from functional to optimal.

Here is the step by step list of the process. 

Step 1
Begin by purchasing our Blood Based Nutrition service.

Once you have purchased our service, you will receive a confirmation phone call within in 1 business day.
The phone call will be to confirm your order, and gather the information needed by LabCorp in order to send out the EREQ.
You will have time to ask any questions about the service before you begin.

Information needed: full name, address, date of birth, gender, and phone number as it appears on your ID.
This information is protected by HIPAA, we will not rent or sell your information.

Step 2
Complete your Patient Symptom Survey and Testing

Once we have submitted the EREQ order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Electronic Requisition number, along with a link to fill out your Patient Symptom Survey. Once you have receive your EREQ Order confirmation, you can go to any LabCorp in the country. 

You will need: your EREQ Number, and ID. If they ask for your insurance card, tell them this prepaid and to look up the EREQ number.
Blood testing is done at any LabCorp near you.

You will receive an email containing instructions on how to complete each test, including the home kits (if applicable).
Home kits (if applicable) will be shipped out the same day. Shipping is ~7 business days.

Step 3
Report and Video Analysis

After we have gathered your results and ran your report, Dr. Danny McLane will review your report, and record your personalized analysis. This process can take 3-5 business days, or longer based on volume. 
During this process you will receive an email containing instructions on how to create your Patient Portal account, along with updates sent through your Patient Portal account.

A PDF of your report, along with your Health Analysis video will be sent to your Patient Portal account.
The report, and Health Analysis are designed to answer the vast majority of the questions you may have.
If you have additional questions, we offer consults with Dr. McLane starting at $150/30 minutes.

Once your Report and Health Analysis are completed, they will be sent to your Patient Portal account.

In order to be HIPAA Compliant and keep your information safe, we use our protected Patient Portal system through Practice Studio

Step 4
Begin Treatment

The reason why our Report is so sought after is because we don't just tell you the results, we give you real recommendations for you to make active choices to increase your overall health.
 Included in each report is a full nutrition plan, easy and healthy lifestyle changes, and a comprehensive treatment of whole food pre-digested supplements that are customized to specifically target each of your blood markers out of range.

2 business days after receiving your Report and Health Analysis, you will receive a call from one of our Functional Medicine team members, along with an email containing a link to purchase the nutritional support outlined in your Report. 

We recommend everyone to follow the treatment plan outlined in the report for the duration listed, however this is your health and your decision, we are here to offer guidance for you to reach your health goals.

All treatment plans and duration will be as dictated by Functional Medicine Doctor Danny McLane.

Step 5
Retest

Should you decide to begin your treatment, we strongly recommend getting your blood retested after the treatment duration. 
This is to compare your old results to the new results to ensure you are progressing as expected. 

Because blood takes 120 days to turn over, it could take up to 4 months for you to start feeling results, but getting retested and seeing the progress you are making will help keep you motivated and confident that you can get better.

If necessary, instructions on how to access your Patient Portal account will be sent to the email provided.

Note: Many ailments are hidden inside your blood. Our Blood Based Nutrition service is designed to give us the clearest picture possible of what is going on inside of you. If you are not ready to get our comprehensive blood work done, you do have the option to submit your most recent blood work to us that is 3 months or newer for $75. We will use this data to generate your custom nutrition plan.
